As a researcher with Brand Vista, you’ll be helping genuinely exciting clients align their customer experience behind an inspirational brand vision, that you’ll have been central in creating.

You’ll usually be working in a project team alongside a Director and will be:

  • designing, organising and conducting creative qualitative research programmes that get under the skin of consumer motivations.

  • Working closely with a quantitative research partner overseeing projects on behalf of clients and developing interpretations based on quant and qual findings

  • Confidently leading workshops to consolidate research insights, crafting inspirational stories that bring the learnings to life including the current customer experience and areas of misalignment for customers, staff, the business and the brand

  • This will involve moderating focus groups and depth interviews as well as keeping up to date with new research techniques

Your skills and experience

  • At least 3 years-experience in a qualitative market research role

  • A thorough understanding and love of brands and their role in business success

  • Confidence in running workshops to consolidate research

  • Experience of developing stories from the research that give clients a deep understanding of their customers and concrete guidance for their customer experience development

This job is based in Manchester city centre but will involve regular national travel with the opportunity for some international travel.

The standard hours will be 9:00am – 5:30pm however out of hours working will be necessary and the dress is smart casual (jeans and trainers are standard in our office).
